  13. if you are looking to build muscle look up Dinosaur Training by Brooks D Kubik, he has writen many books and has a website aswell. there is lots of info there on how people used to train back in the day.

    @JasJSR In order to build muscle mass you must do two things: 1. Get Stronger, 2. Higher Repetition Exercises (8-12 reps is Hypertrophy, muscle growth) . This workout will satisfy your need to get stronger. So it is half of the battle!
