Hello there, have you heard about “Musclegion” (do a Google search for it)? There you can watch a great free video showing the best way to develop visible muscles very fast. It made it possible for Ryan to break through his muscle development stagnation and thus develop chiseled muscle mass free of fat fast. It might help you out as well.
