Hi Kino, I love this clip
When I’m teaching this to students, I normally talk them through it from the tailbone up instead of from the shoulder girdle down. Does it make a diffference?
Chaturanga is very similar. Check out my other video on Chaturanga Dandasana for good alignment there. This is a great strengthening movement or prep for Chaturanga
Is this alignment for chaturanga and other stuff? or just a strengthening exercise ?
