HI Thanks for your comment. As far as your facial swelling I would advise that you consult a Medical Professional. There are a number of causes for this ranging from minor to more serious so it is better to get it checked out to be safe.
Hey there! I love your videos.
Some days I wake up and my face looks VERY different. Swollen (not in an allergic way, in a did-you-just-eat-1000-lbs-of-taco-bell kind of way. I never eat 1000 lbs of taco bell, or taco bell at all for that matter. I eat very healthy and I workout 30 min a day (alternate strength and cardio). What is going on?
Hello, have you heard about “Belly Fat TorchMax” (just google it)? There you can watch a practical free video. This helped Ashley to eliminate her abdominal fat. Perhaps it will help you out as well.
This is good! Phew it’s really made my abs ache, thankyou!
To find the blog search for blogspot efit30 April. We are changing our web site so more soon!
That’s fantastic! Keep up the good work and thanks for letting us know.
Thank you for the reply! So far I have lost 5 lbs and an inch off of all my diameter measurements. I appreciate your response, and all the videos!
Due to this being such a common question I am going to post a section in our blog. But basically in order to get your gorgeous hourglass shape back you need to remember to not just work on your lower half but also to tone the upper body in order to balance your shape. A mixture of cardio and strength training is in order. Remember to keep on a sensible, healthy diet and avoid all those processed foods.
Hey efit30! Thank you for this video! I’ve got a question for you. I am 5’2” with a petite, curvy body. I used to have an hourglass figure, but as the weight packed on and my womanly curves came out to play I changed to more of a pear shape. What pilates routine (or workout routine in general) would best tone my butt and thighs up while slimming them down to get back to the hourglass figure I once had? Thanks ahead of time for the response!
Okay thank you !
Is it okay to do it 3 times in the week ?
Yes. You should loose weight but you must also look at what you are eating. Rest is also important. For advice on diet look at our video from Jo Beer and her website Revitalise . Keep up the good work!
Thank you so much for this video !
i just want ask something (sorry my english isnt very good 😛 )
I do pilates now for 1 week and i fell much better . I am not very fat but i am not very trained too , so i hope this will help ! So my question is can i lose weights when i do this 4 times in the week and when i do it for 1 hour ? (i mean two videos. This video and one video about Butt burner)
Thanks so much !!
That is unusual, not sure why this happened, can you try another computer or device?
why are all the efit30 videos just a green screen?
Basically any low impact, regular, consistent exercise such as swimming, walking or gentle Pilates is good for this. A diet high in fish oil or supplements can sometimes help and heating and cooling applications after exercise can also help.
I would suggest you see your doctor first to check and see if you require some anti-inflammatory medication to help with the pain.
The reason it gets better throughout the day is that when resting the fluid in your joints decreases then when you start to move more fluid is produced in the joints and it coats and lubricates them. A good way to help reduce the stiffness is some sort of simple stretching and range of movement in the morning. This can help to loosen the joints and reduce the stiffness.
There are a couple of things that could be causing the stiffness and pain. It is possible you could be suffering some form of arthritis such as Rheumatoid arthritis. This is an inflammatory condition that can cause stiffness and pain particularly evident in the morning. It is best to get this investigated by your GP as there are blood tests they can do to diagnose or rule this out.
