  3. You need to work within your limits and get clearance from your doctor before you start any new weight loss program. I suggest you vary your weight loss exercise routine.

  16. I started Pilates for the first time today 🙂 Does this routine help you loose weight? If so how many inches will you loose if you do it everyday? Or is this routine for toning? Sorry if my questions are trivial. I want to loose 15lbs. Any advice. Thanks for the great video!

  17. Angela’s fit body certainly inspires one to commit to a fitness routine!! Pilates certainly gives you great tone and definition.

  18. i have tried a few different routines & yes, things definitely ache for a couple of days afterwards, especially the abs! i am inspired by how fit the instructors are & hope to be in such good shape myself one day…

  19. Pilates is quite difficult when you are just starting. Once you have done the routine a few times it will start to get easier. You are using all your core muscles which often have not been used in this manner before! My husband was as stiff as a board when he started but loves it now after more than 2 years and it has done wonders for his back. Keep up the good work.

  20. this just shows me how unfit i am! i’m not overweight at all but still struggle to hold half of the positions. also find it hard to watch what they are doing and keep my head in the right position. when i look away & look back i’m doing something completely different!

No gonna lie, I do love the way this woman talks, especially the way she says “belly” (byelly)

  22. The belt is not actually there to hold your ribs closed. It is to hold the wireless microphone transmitter. If you look closely you will see the square box in it. I think it is made from wet suit material. The only belt I have seen that may do what you are looking for is a Motorcross bike kidney belt which is used to stop all the movement when you are riding. However the real aim here is to strengthen your core so you don’t need one! 🙂

  23. What’s the name of the belt around her ribs? I am looking for it to help keeping my ribs close, but when I google “ribs belt” I only get those vibrating belt… Can somebody help me? thanks a lot!

  24. that will depend a liile on your current level of fitness. As a sugesstion if you are not finding it challenging anymore, it is too easy, you are not getting sore. Then move on. It wouldn’t hurt to try one of the others just to get some variety and move different muscles. Listen to your body!
