  7. I did these toning exercises when I first started lifting weights, it prepped my muscles for the high weight, low rep exercises I moved on to. There really isn’t anything wrong with starting off with these sorts of exercises. You people are stupid.

  17. You are correct in the fact that it’s not the best strength training. However, that lack of pure strength workout is subbed in by functional strength gain. Functional strength gains are much more useful then just lifting some huge amount of weight to look big.

  19. I’m 13, weigh 203lbs of solid, drug free strength and I can do over 80 pull ups in a row from DEAD HANG, no KIPPING, perfect form. 😛

    I can also do many other feats better than these STEROID LOSERS as a NATURAL WINNER!
