You are referring to a different 5×5. I warm up 60, 80, 100, 115kg and then working weight for 5×5. Other variations like Stronglifts advanced you will work up to your max and only lift your max for 1×5 on certain weeks
It will put on muscle. Just increase your calories. The more you eat, the more energy you’ll have, the bigger weight you’ll lift, the more muscle will develop. To cut to let the muscle show, increase cardio, lower calories
they say start with the bar (20kg 40lb) but I started with 60kg (120lb)..in hindsite it was way too heavy, cause in the later weeks it gets really intense..start light and work your way up
Tx for the comment. was at about 18% BF and was a cyclist for about 9 years. I do cardio after workouts when I have time. 20-30mins moderate cycling or 300-1000 skipping rope jumps..depends on the energy levels. Gotta keep a balance not to overdo it. Each person has to find that balance for themselves
no offense but you do every exercise with bad form
swing pull-ups
Normally start with the bar 20kg or 40lb
anything is possible if we put our minds to it. Eat lots and sleep lots, train hard

Most strength coaches recommend driving with the hips
tx, It was taxing. Soon after this video, I changed over to Madcow 5×5 where you gradually go to a working weight.
Been doing it for 2 years now, and have had great results squatting 3x a week
no, stick to the main lifts, that way you’ll progress well and not fatigue the body over its limit
add me as a contact so that I can message you
do the big movements like squat, bench and Deadlift and rows and your overall strength will increase
yes, I do cardio after most workout days

about a year and a half at the time of this video
Thanks..always been an issue.
go on and post some videos of how it should be done. It doesn’t hurt me, only makes me stronger
you are quite right. Somehow, my arms aren’t designed to get the bar that low..thats the lowest it will go! 🙂
Well done!!keep at it and those numbers will keep going up!
