Wow I was surprised you are actually informed on the difference between strength training and endurance. No offense just most fitness guru’s aren’t aware of the difference. Not to mention good eye candy 😉

I’m 17 and have lost 15 pounds by doing cardio but now I want to do strength training. I’m intimidated by all the machines, I don’t know how to use them or the proper form. Any tips?

So endurance is when you last longer doing something right? Since you said not to get it confused. Yes sounds dumb to ask the question but I’d feel more dumb not asking and acting like I know what you mean lol
I think you blow out during strenght training wen you bring the weights up. At least that is what i do 🙂
