    This really was challenging for me! I’m still in the beginners stage, getting better, but still have a long way to go.  I wanted to give up during this one, but I wouldn’t let myself!! I’m glad I didn’t let it get the best of me!!! =) Love your videos Tara!

  7. Some moves are so hard for me but look so easy for you. I realized that whether my arms are too short or your arms are very long.^^ Love your videos tho.

  8. While watching this video, I felt rushed with the speed of the voice. However, I loved the words of wisdom inserted throughout the workout. It has helped me with some emotional stress I’ve had for the past several days. I plan to “get out of my own way” by doing this workout again. Thank you, TaraStilesYoga!

  10. drink a warm green or camomile tea and turn off the ac 14 minutes before you begin your workout it makes it easier to start and helps warming you up so there will be no cramps.

  15. Nice voice. Pleasant and encouraging. So many words spoken in an easy and straightforward steady style. I enjoyed that. Some different stretches than Mysore style. Very interesting. 🙂
